Pärnu Leadership Conference 2018: YOUR OWN ISLAND

17.05.2018 - 18.05.2018

Pärnu Concert Hall

Your own island is something your actions and dreams strive towards. Day-to-day reality obscures dreams and may finally make you lose the dream altogether. Without the dream, you lose faith in yourself; the desire to move forward and find meaning in your life and work.

This time, Pärnu Leadership Conference will focus on what matters most – you and your place in this world. Everything is at stake: sweet fantasies and cursed fears, extraordinary stories of finding what is lost and harrowing losses, spectacular plans and even greater doubts. All of these are part of a leader’s life and doings. Some find their island is where they expected it to be, others discover that their very own island is in fact somewhere else, and some lose their strengthalong the way. Just like you, at the conference we will be seeking answers from both the furthest corners of the world and close to home as well.

We will bring your island back to the horizon, set the course and paddle with all our strength.

Welcome on board!

Toomas Tamsar

The main programme takes place in the Grand Hall. The working languages are Estonian and English with simultaneous interpretaion.
Note that simultaneous interpretation will not be provided for the parallel sessions.
